This program might be used for educational purposes
free of charge and with no royalties inflicted. The original (German) version
of "Headache
Interactive"
was develped at the Dept. for Educational Media at the Institute
for Medical Education at the University of Berne, Switzerland with funding
provided by Astra-Zeneca AG and GlaxoSmithKline AG. The English version
was done by the authors in their spare time without any monetary support.
